In order to deal with the client’s requirement for services throughout the country (England & Wales), JM Partnership have a managed network of qualified regional surveyors which are organised and monitored from the central office. This assists in providing an effective, experienced and responsive method of site inspections throughout the country and enables issues to be dealt with at an early stage. JM Partnership currently provides Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Access Consultancy services nationally to its Clients, Designers, Developers and Contractors. In dealing with the broad range of design and complexity of projects, the employment of professional staff with substantial experience in areas such as Fire Engineering, Access and Disability issues, Acoustics, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Control Consultancy and CDM Co-ordinators has been necessary. The company also appoints specialist consultants on areas where additional information and advice may be required.
