Meridian Consult Ltd was formed in 2003 and is established as a leading Approved Inspector operating throughout England and Wales with our head office in Central England and satellite offices throughout the country. We are licenced by the Construction Industry Council to provide Building Control Services throughout England & Wales.
Our consultancy based service that is designed to help our clients comply with their obligations, under the Building Regulations, in the most cost effective manner. Our surveyors will provide constructive and proactive advice throughout our engagement from early stages of design through to completion of works on site. We offer a single point of contact and consistency of interpretation wherever a development occurs.
In addition, we offer a range of ancillary services that can be engaged separately to, or in conjunction with, our Building Control service to provide our clients with a one-stop shop for compliance with both the Building Regulations and ancillary legislation.
The company operates under the guidelines and code of practice of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and under the code of conduct for Approved Inspectors of the Construction Industry Council for Building Control.
