This training course covers Part L and F of the Building Regulations plus related topics such as energy performance certificates, air conditioning inspections and BREEAM energy points.
This course will inform delegates about this quality-focused process that defines what clients require, establishes performance targets, continually reviews what is taking place, places greater emphasis on building readiness at handover and then stays involved with a building to fine-tune it and learn how it really performs.
The aim of the course is to enable Built Environment professionals to produce better buildings through improved management of the commissioning process. These better buildings will be operationally ready at handover, function in accordance with user and operator requirements and perform efficiently in use.
If you want to understand how to run building services successfully then this course is for you. It is aimed at providing attendees with an appreciation of the fundamental principles that drive building services and how they should be operated and maintained while ensuring they support the needs of the core business.
