gain a comprehensive and practical knowledge of the arbitral process.<\/li>\n<li>Successful completion of the Diploma in Arbitration entitles candidates to be considered for vacancies on the RICS President\u2019s Panel of Arbitrators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Learning outcomes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop your knowledge of the Law of Obligations within the context of the English Legal System and Civil Law that underpins a more detailed study of dispute resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Gain a full understanding of the Law of Arbitration and ensure you are aware of the underlying requirements relating to the presentation of evidence to a tribunal.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the arbitration practice and procedure as defined by the Arbitration Act 1996<\/li>\n<li>Develop the necessary skills for drafting and
