The Engineering Wellbeing Event, as part of BSRIA’s ‘Building4Wellbeing’ network, returns on 16 July 2020, this time online
BSRIA has secured three great speakers for the event to discuss why organisations should ensure they have an established wellbeing strategy and how wellbeing measures can be set, tracked and maintained.
The event provides building owners, designers and operators with the opportunity to learn from experts about how to develop wellbeing strategies that can optimise individual and organisational performance.
This is the decade in which a culture of wellbeing no longer can be considered a luxury. Most organisations now accept that wellbeing of their employees is something that they cannot afford to ignore. To attract and retain talent, our workplaces need to reflect an environment where people not only feel safe but also feel that they can thrive and reach to their optimum abilities.
After presentations, we will provide opportunity for participants to ask questions.
