London Belgravia Brokers (LBB) assisted in arranging structural defects insurance for a £27m residential development in Buckinghamshire
LBB provided structural defects insurance for Burnham Court, a new development by Chancery, part of the Octagon Group of Developments.
About the project
Burnham Court is a collection of 58 properties that offers contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments through to three-bedroom townhouses with private gardens.
The homes are a short walk from Burnham train station, which runs a regular 36-minute service into London Paddington.
A furnished show home and the first completed properties will be launched in March 2021.
The development required a warranty that offered would-be purchasers and their mortgage provider, peace of mind that the project is structurally sound and sufficiently protected.
In order to reassure their clients and provide a comprehensive service, Chancery contacted London Belgravia to arrange a new homes warranty for their latest development. Covering the build for 10 years from practical completion, these types of warranties give the developer and their clients’ ultimate peace of mind.

In addition, the Chancery team reported a very positive experience with the after-sales & administration team as well. All documentation was available quickly after completion to allow refinancing and sale of the homes.
