Graitec have today announced that it acquired 100% of the shares of Lineis on Wednesday February 20th. (The terms of the deal have not been disclosed)
The acquisition of Lineis reinforces the position of Graitec in France where the company is already operating as (1) Autodesk Platinum Partner; (2) software editor of world class standard structural analysis & design software: Advance Design and Advance BIM Designers, Advance Workshop, and Arma+ software; and (3) as service provider and Research & Development partner for engineering offices and manufacturers. Lineis brings with them a team of BIM experts as well as over 30 years of presence and customer commitment in the French market.
