M-AR are Offsite Contractor with a factory.  Established since 2007, M-AR are one of the leading Offsite Contractors proving full turnkey solutions as Principal Contractor.  We are a privately owned UK business, turning over £20m in 2020/21 financial year, and this year, forecast to turnover between £25m and £30m with ambitions on becoming a £60m turnover business by 2025/26.  2020 saw M-AR invest heavily in a new 100,000sqft volumetric modular manufacturing centre in Hull, and continue to invest year on year in our people, plant, and machinery.  To date investment has been organic and testament to the financial strength of our business.

We are a solutions based business, offering MMC Category 1, 2 and 3 product options and can combine all of these to create exciting hybrid designs for the optimum building method.  We provide support to our industry customers and consultant teams alike and aim to be the best in class for project delivery.

We are active in the Residential and Education sectors, and these are our primary sectors focus.  In the residential sector, we are working hard supporting Local Authorities, London Borough Councils, and Registered Providers, in the delivery high quality MMC solutions for Social Affordable Housing projects.  We currently have active sites delivering apartments and houses.

In the education sector, we are supporting Local Authorities, London Borough Councils and Multi-Academy Trusts, in the delivering of new build schools and expansions to existing.  We have experience of delivering Primary, Secondary and SEND schools.

We also have experience in the Commercial, Health and Retail / Leisure sectors.  Our award winning BoHo8 Commercial Office development in Middlesbrough has seen M-AR work closely with Middlesbrough Council to design and deliver innovative modern office facilities for new start-up businesses.

We can be procured through several public sector frameworks.  We hold places on the LHC MB2 and NH2 frameworks, with both of these offering direct award or mini-competition tender process.  We also hold places on the CCS and CHIC frameworks.
