Construction management

Designed in consultation with RICS, the CIOB and employers, these courses provide you with the skills relating to the construction business environment and current technology.

Property management

These courses focuses on real estate finance as well as development practice and agency management. You can gain valuable insights into legal and planning systems, building pathology and the conversion, adaptation and care of buildings.

Civil and structural engineering

On these courses, you’ll have access to NTU’s excellent resources for structural testing, materials science, soil mechanics and building engineering. There are concrete and hydraulics laboratories, and a well-equipped surveying equipment store.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) and AutoDesk Revit

These intensive three-day courses will give you an overview of BIM and how it is applied using Autodesk Revit. You will learn how to navigate the Revit interface, apply the modifying and modelling tools, and create schedules.
