We have also made changes to the pricing schedule to give partners more cost certainty at the start of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/social-value-in-procurement\/100816\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">procurement process<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The PB3 framework has four workstreams, covering new build only;
