Wates<\/a> have been appointed to the new \u00a35.16bn Southern Residential Framework, to create support within the public sector\u2019s residential construction and development<\/h2>\n

Within the framework, Wates has been successful in two higher value band lots; for residential delivery and residential-led development opportunities for over 65 units.<\/p>\n

The new Southern Residential Framework is a four-year framework, available to all public bodies in the South West, South East, and Greater London area.<\/p>\n

The framework creates access to businesses such as Wates, that has experience of using modern methods of construction<\/a> and low-carbon<\/a> technologies to help organisation on their pathways to net zero and address the housing crisis at the same time.<\/p>\n

The announcement marks the end of a successful year for the construction company, which was named as Harrow Council\u2019s development partner earlier this year, for its \u00a3600m regeneration scheme and has also been awarded places on A2Dominion\u2019s \u00a3900m framework for the design and construction of mixed tenure residential properties.<\/p>\n
