noreferrer\">SCAPE<\/a> Civil Engineering project by planting 100 trees with Cheshire West and Chester Council<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fGGfpoRrvpw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The \u00a37m project, procured through the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/balfour-beatty-civil-engineering\/48017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> SCAPE Civil Engineering framework<\/a>, included <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/northeast-motorway-upgrade\/102747\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">road improvement works<\/a> of a major junction, carriageway and roundabout along the A51, to reduce traffic congestion between Tarvin and Chester.<\/p>\n<p>To mark the occassion,\u00a0Balfour Beatty will plant 100 trees with Cheshire West and Chester Council.<\/p>\n<p>Having been appointed in 2015, Balfour Beatty has been the sole contractor on both the SCAPE Civil Engineering and SCAPE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/overhead-line-contract-2\/99689\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scotland<\/a> Civil Engineering frameworks for a number years.<\/p>\n<p>The company has worked with over 40 public sector customers to complete 100 timely projects, valued at \u00a3530 million, including the construction of a new train station in Warrington, the completion of a flood protection scheme in Perth and the delivery of a new bridge in Ebbsfleet.<\/p>\n<h3>&#8216;A testament to the hard work and dedication of our
