Following Hayfield<\/a>\u2019s recent performance and achievements, the company has made three promotions across various departments<\/h2>\n

The three promotions<\/a> are as follows: Ranjit Kang has been made marketing director, Oliver Pocock has been promoted to senior engineering and technical manager, and Marc Rose will now work as customer relations manager.<\/p>\n

Andy Morris, managing director for Hayfield has commented on the three promotions:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are delighted to recognise the accomplishments and significant contributions made by these three outstanding team members. Oliver joined the company three years ago, while Ranjit and Marc joined us in late 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cTheir commitment to Hayfield is exemplary and they are true brand ambassadors. It is a pleasure to work alongside each one of them and I look forward to seeing the impact they have on their teams and the whole company during this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Who are the newly promoted?<\/h3>\n

Ranjit Kang came over to Hayfield from Kier Living. She was appointed to the head of marketing and orchestrated the \u2018Hayfield Difference\u2019 brand campaign. In this role, Kang significantly increased the company\u2019s forward sales position. In fact, the campaign has been instrumental to the company\u2019s rapid growth \u2013 the WhatHouse? judges recently crowned Hayfield as \u2018Housebuilder of the Year\u2019.<\/p>\n

Kelly Sharman, sales and marketing director said:<\/p>\n

\u201cRanjit\u2019s expertise is fundamental to how we present Hayfield. Our phenomenal sales performance is a reflection of the impressive metrics and traction we achieve across various social platforms, and by driving traffic to HayfieldHomes.co.uk.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Hayfield Difference campaign and the Book of Homes presents our entire homebuilding journey to customers in a meaningful and authentic fashion. This campaign made the finals of two major national marketing awards, and Ranj\u2019s well-deserved promotion is a reflection of all her hard work, dedication and enthusiasm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another of the three promotions was given to Oliver Pocock. He is the technical and engineering lead on several of Hayfield\u2019s live developments. This includes Hayfield Wood in Broad Blunsdon. Here the company is planting a new woodland of 4,755 new native trees and shrubs, alongside 70 eco-efficient<\/a> premium homes. Pocock\u2019s promotion is a reflection of his successes within Hayfield\u2019s technical department and its sustainability<\/a> committee, which drives the company\u2019s environmental pledge.<\/p>\n

The final of the three promotions has gone to Marc Rose. Rose joined Hayfield as a new homes technician in the customer care department. In recognition of his impressive performance and feedback from purchasers, he is now a customer relations manager. This position will put him in charge of a full suite of customer care duties at Hayfield Place in the Bedfordshire village of Silsoe, and at Hayfield Oaks on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.<\/p>\n

Hayfield has eight live sites in Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire, where executive family homes are being constructed in prime semi-rural and edge of town settings. Hayfield seeks to deliver a turnover of \u00a3150m during 2022. The company is aiming to deliver 500 homes annually, supported by a land portfolio of prime sites.<\/p>\n
