She will support delivery excellence, customer safety and drive sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Simon&#8217;s has a career that spans 25 years and has worked with contractors and consultancies delivering major infrastructure projects. She has taken leading roles in working with clients including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/technical-adviser-role\/79175\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Highways<\/a>, Network Rail, High Speed 2 and Local Authorities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Peter Tak\u00e1cs&#8217; career spans 24 years. He will further strengthen Ramboll\u2019s market-leading design service as well as growing its bridges advisory services.<\/p>\n<p>He joins from AECOM as bridges director and has previously worked on some of the most significant schemes in recent years including A303 Stonehenge, Silvertown Tunnel, Crossrail and the Stockholm bypass.<\/p>\n<h3>Ramboll\u2019s highways division has grown significantly<\/h3>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Anne Millar joins Ramboll as commercial director from Stantec and brings extra capacity to support major project delivery, ensuring alignment with clients\u2019 commercial needs, whilst providing clients with cost and programme certainty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Millar has 18 years of experience in commercial delivery;
