On the back of this success, Ole Pugholm has been appointed to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/ekfb-helen-samuels\/103233\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leadership team.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Pugholm&#8217;s background<\/h3>\n<p>Pugholm has spent more than 15 years in CFO level roles which includes working with private equity and Global Fortune 500 multinationals.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, he worked as CFO for the Marine Division of Survitec Group Limited &#8211; a global organisation with a presence in 96 countries.<\/p>\n<p>His background expertise extends to turnaround <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/client-project-management\/101823\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">management<\/a>, acquisition and growth &#8211;
