Midford Manor Care Home, a 15-suite Hallmark care home development in Bath, has marked a major milestone with a topping out ceremony hosted by Savista Developments<\/a><\/h2>\n

The Savista Developments team was joined by Hallmark Care Homes<\/a>\u2019 chair Avnish Goyal, MP for Bath Wera Hobhouse, and the Mayor of Bath Councillor June Player to mark the next stage of the care home development.<\/p>\n

As part of the care home development topping-out ceremony, a stone block was pointed and a special commemorative plaque was unveiled.<\/p>\n

The \u00a316m project is being built on a 1.6-acre site at Frome Road in Bath, and will provide residential, nursing, and dementia care and create 100 local jobs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Care home facilities will include a caf\u00e9, a cinema, and a hairdressing salon and therapy room. In addition to spacious bedrooms with full en suites, the home will have 15 luxury living suites which will include a fully fitted kitchenette, a dining area, lounge as well as an en suite bathroom.<\/p>\n

A luxurious and engaging care home<\/h3>\n

Avnish Goyal said: \u201cThis year we will celebrate 25 years of building and running industry-leading care homes. Following our success in 2021 winning Residential Care Provider at three separate award ceremonies, we are excited to be able to create a luxurious and engaging new care community in Bath and deliver exceptional care to future residents.<\/p>\n

\u201cMidford Manor Care Home will provide residents with a place where they feel safe and supported to live an active and fulfilled life. Our caring and dedicated teams, will be provided with on-going training and support and much thought and consideration has gone into the design of this beautiful new home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Midford Manor is scheduled to open in Autumn 2022.<\/p>\n
