Dospuntos Asset Management<\/a> is investing \u20ac91m in the construction of sustainable office complexes in Barcelona’s 22@ tech district<\/h2>\n

The 22@ tech district is one of Barcelona’s most dynamic districts, created by the city council for the start-up scene and innovative technology<\/a> companies at the beginning of the 2000s.<\/p>\n

Many tech giants can be spotted in the @22 tech district, including Amazon, Microsoft and SAP. In 2021, 22@ tech district was leading in terms of demand, occupancy and investment for office spaces <\/a>according to the Cushman & Wakefield report 2022.<\/p>\n

The new office complexes will transform the 22@ tech district into a centre of sustainability<\/h3>\n

Dospuntos Asset Management is developing 2 prestigious office complexes in this area – One Parc Central, where the office spaces<\/a> are open to offer, along with the TWO Parc Central, where the construction phase is now in motion.<\/p>\n

The two projects are embedded with ecologically friendly and sustainable designs, alongside the latest technology, and are the ideal working environment for start-ups and innovative companies.<\/p>\n

The two building complexes are located in the direct vicinity of one of Barcelona’s listed industrial landmarks and art centre Can Ricart.<\/p>\n

Can Ricart and the two office complexes<\/a> are part of the major Parc Central project, which will transform the area into a lively centre of the city district.<\/p>\n

The project will unify the historic industrial buildings with the contemporary architectures while including cultural offerings, flats, hotels and student accommodations.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0ONE Parc Central complex\"22@<\/h3>\n

The ONE Parc Central office building was designed by the architectural firm Batlle y Roig<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As an eco-friendly architecture, the building is aimed to optimizing energy efficiency including the economical use of resources, such as the reduction of water consumption by 55%.<\/p>\n

Well-being in the workplace is ensured by column-free, highly flexible office space and recreation areas, greenery and open, light-flooded rooms.<\/p>\n

All floors have large terraces and on the roof you can find a 500m2 terrace with views over Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n

Lunch breaks can be used for a quick dip in the summer, as ONE Parc Central offers an area with changing rooms and showers. It also offers 154 parking spaces, 40 of which are for electric vehicles, plus parking for motorbikes and bicycles.<\/p>\n

Construction work is already underway on TWO Parc Central<\/h3>\n

In parallel with the marketing of the ONE Parc Central building, Dospuntos Asset Management is starting the construction of TWO Parc Central, that will be available from 2024.<\/p>\n

TWO Parc Central was also designed by Batlle y Roig, and will have flexible floors with plenty of natural light in its central core.<\/p>\n

The design of the office building was inspired by the industrial past of the 22@ tech district, and has the highest certifications in terms of sustainability, employee well-being and technology.<\/p>\n
