The 40 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/zero-carbon-homes-3\/87376\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zero carbon homes<\/a> are only a stone&#8217;s throw away from Berry Hill Road \u2013 the finest address in west Adderbury.<\/p>\n<p>The Hayfield Manor development will be fossil-fuel-free and feature a range of maisonettes, bungalows, and three-, four- and five-bedroom executive houses.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a320m Hayfield Manor development marks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/eco-efficient-executive-homes\/106100\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the housebuilder\u2019s fourth in Oxfordshire<\/a> in as many years. This includes the Eaton, which at circa 2,500 sq ft, is the largest house in the company\u2019s design portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>All 40 homes will be tenure blind with room dimensions greatly exceeding those typically seen in the market.
