SPX Capital<\/a> and\u00a0Portuguese real estate firm Green Jacket Partners<\/a> have teamed up to launch a new residential development called One Green Way, located in the Algarve, Portugal<\/h2>\n

The One Green Way residential development<\/a> is a gated community, situated in Quinta Do Lago on the North Course.<\/p>\n

One Green Way offers serviced\u00a0residences, with prices starting at \u20ac2,700,000 and going up to in excess of \u20ac9,000,000 for the most luxurious residences.<\/p>\n

Positioned in a prime location alongside the Ria Formosa Natural Park and within 900m of Praia da Quinta do Lago beach, One Green Way has 89 luxury residences.<\/p>\n
