Build-Zone<\/a> has renewed two \u2018A\u2019 Rated insurance binders with AXA XL and Fidelis Underwriting Limited \/ Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC, enabling them to continue to write Inherent Defects Insurance (IDI) and Structural Warranty<\/a> business in the UK and Ireland<\/h2>\n

Build-Zone<\/a> has some of the largest \u2018A\u2019 Rated capacity<\/a> available in the market and can cater for 10 or 12-year Structural Warranty<\/a> policies across the Residential, Social Housing, Mixed-Use, Build-to-Rent, Student Accommodation and Commercial space and can work directly with Developers, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Lenders and other Construction Professionals, as well as their panel of specialist Insurance Brokers.<\/p>\n

‘A’ Rated Structural Warranty insurance binders<\/h3>\n

Largest insurers in the world<\/h3>\n

AXA XL Insurance Company UK Limited (formally XL Catlin Insurance Company UK Limited) carries an A+ rating from A.M. Best and an AA- from Standard & Poor\u2019s Global Ratings (S&P) and is part of the AXA group, one of the largest insurers in the world.<\/p>\n

In addition, Build-Zone secured a 3-year exclusive with Fidelis Underwriting Limited & Fidelis Insurance Ireland DAC, after a very successful 4-year period of working together on their Major Projects business. Fidelis are a multi-class global insurer and reinsurer and carry an A (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best and an A- from S&P.<\/p>\n
