New appointments at Vistry Partnerships<\/a> North East, a construction and regeneration specialist, include a new director and five further professionals<\/h2>\n

The new appointments<\/a> at Vistry will bolster operations and help the business to grow at such a pivotal and exciting time.<\/p>\n

Mark Rutledge, 40, from North Northumberland, has taken up the role of operations director.<\/p>\n

Originally from the commercial building sector, Mark then went on to join Keepmoat Regeneration (which was then bought by Engie), where he progressed from site manager to construction manager and finally to operations manager, within just four years.<\/p>\n

Mark has made the following comments on the new appointments at Vistry:<\/p>\n

Five further new appointments at Vistry<\/h3>\n

The other new appointments at Vistry have gone to the following individuals:<\/p>\n

The role of senior finance manager has been appointed to Emma Punshon, 34, from Winlaton. Emma has over ten years\u2019 experience in the accounting and finance sector.<\/p>\n

The new estimating manager role has been taken by Jason Davies, 36, from Durham, who has over 18 years of experience in quantity surveying. Davies has worked for a number of well-known housebuilders. He will now head up Vistry Partnerships North East\u2019s estimating team.<\/p>\n

The new senior estimator is Andy Robson, 31, from Lanchester. Robson has nine years’ experience working in estimating. This includes working with a large, national regeneration company for five and a half years.<\/p>\n

Mark Race, 34, form Whitley Bay has taken the new buyer role. Mark has managed the purchase of materials for construction sites for over 16 years, for a number of well known housebuilders.<\/p>\n

Natasha Cooper, 31, originally from Kidderminster has been appointed graduate development manager. Natasha is a chartered surveyor and has worked in lettings with Grainger PLC for 10 years. She also studied part-time towards a degree in real estate management from The College of Estates Management, in Reading, which she completed in 2018.<\/p>\n

About Vistry Partnerships North East<\/h3>\n

Vistry is currently active on 10 projects across the region, with more sites due to start throughout 2022.<\/p>\n

Vistry will deliver approximately 500 homes this year to customers and clients across a number of tenures, with\u00a0a gross development value of almost \u00a3400 million.<\/p>\n
