Works are due to be completed in 38 months.<\/p>\n<p>The project forms part of other<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/vinci-appointed-m12-motorway-construction-project-sydney\/110564\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> contracts won by Vinci <\/a>on the future line 18:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11.8 km tunnel section between Orly Airport and Palaiseau<\/li>\n<li>6.7 km viaduct linking Massy-Palaiseau to the CEA-Saint-Aubin station<\/li>\n<li>Palaiseau operation and maintenance centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The three stations will stand out for their geometric, origami-like design<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>The contract is worth \u20ac80.9 million and covers civil engineering and structural works the envelope including a metal frame and the facades, together with finishing work for the three stations, which will stand out for their geometric, origami-like design.<\/p>\n<p>For the foundations, Chantiers Modernes Construction will rely on the expertise of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.botte-fondations.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Botte Fondations<\/a> (Vinci Construction).<\/p>\n<p>Up to 180 workers will be employed on site &#8211; 10% of hours worked set aside for people on workintegration programmes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vinci.com\/vinci.nsf\/en\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vinci<\/a> will also involve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chantiers-et-territoires-solidaires.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chantiers &amp;
