United Living Group has been awarded a \u00a333.5 million residential contract to build new homes in Carterton, Oxfordshire<\/h2>\n

The residential contract<\/a> was awarded by\u00a0Platform Housing Group, one of the largest affordable housing developers in the Midlands.<\/p>\n

The new residential development will see\u00a0over 200 homes constructed over 4 and a half years, with a mix of 2-4 bedroom houses and apartments in the shared ownership, rent to buy, affordable rent and social rent space.<\/p>\n

The residential scheme will benefit the local community by providing\u00a0affordable housing,<\/a> and further extending housing supply which will directly contribute to the local area in the form of a \u00a31.2m payment to Oxfordshire County Council, and a further \u00a30.6 million to West Oxfordshire District Council in the form of its statutory section 106 payment.<\/p>\n

The new residential contract marks the fourth scheme\u00a0\u00a0working on behalf of Platform Housing Group.<\/p>\n

Sustainably built, high quality affordable housing<\/h3>\n
