As the new BPF junior vice president, Jessica Hardman will work to highlight the real estate sector\u2019s central <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/guides-reviews\/lhc-public-sector-procurement-levelling-up-agenda\/108591\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">role in levelling up<\/a> and supporting the drive to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/bpf-plans-decarbonising-built-environment-net-zero-pledge\/107905\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">net zero carbon across the built environment.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hardman will join the current Presidential team comprising president Guy Grainger, JLL\u2019s global head of sustainability services &amp;
