Those delivering services through the Citizen framework will be based out of Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p>Citizen owns and manages a diverse range of residences from urban tower blocks to rural villages and towns. It also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citizenhousing.org.uk\/our-social-purpose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">offers support services around housing and homelessness.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Bruton Knowles will support Citizen in assessing the viability of its development and sales requirements<\/h3>\n<p>Professionals from Bruton Knowles\u2019 National Teams \u2013 Utilities &amp; Infrastructure, Valuation, Commercial and Building Consultancy \u2013 will provide expertise on new, affordable and open market land and unit valuations, helping Citizen to determine whether its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/featured\/rics-guidance-managers\/106647\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">development and sales requirements<\/a> for current and future assets provide best value for money.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/james-bailey-59663330\/\">James Bailey<\/a>, managing partner at Bruton Knowles, said: \u201cWe\u2019re absolutely delighted to have been selected as one of six suppliers on this highly respected Citizen framework.
