Joseph Hale has been selected as a new partner in Eversheds Sutherland\u2019s Litigation and Disputes practice, specialising in construction disputes<\/h2>\n

Joseph Hale has been announced as a new partner at Eversheds Sutherland<\/a>, joining the firm after seven years at Freeths advising clients on their construction and engineering disputes.<\/p>\n

Eversheds Sutherland operates in 74 offices in 35 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.<\/p>\n

Joseph has a strong record of international experience<\/h3>\n

As co-head of Freeths\u2019 Leeds construction team, Joseph was responsible for the practice\u2019s strategic growth, working with a broad range of clients including developers, local authorities, contractors and sub-contractors,<\/a> with a particular focus on infrastructure and energy, including rail, water and highways.<\/p>\n

Joseph has experience in adjudication<\/a>, international and domestic arbitration, litigation and mediation whilst also being a qualified mediator.<\/p>\n

This includes ICC and LCIA arbitrations for UK and overseas clients and advising UK clients on overseas projects.<\/p>\n
