SterlingOSB Zero T&G<\/a> is one of the most widely used of its type in the UK due to it performing well in a varied climate, and its stability and value.<\/p>\n

Unlike traditional wooden boards, SterlingOSB Zero\u2019s make-up ensures that no voids or knots are present meaning that it will not de-laminate.\u00a0 This inherent strength makes it far safer for tradesmen working at height laying flooring or decking.<\/p>\n

SterlingOSB Zero produces less waste on site<\/h3>\n

Additionally, being precision-cut means less waste on site and the associated costs of disposal to landfill.\u00a0 The timber used in the production process is grown in the UK \u2013 reducing transportation and embodied energy, as well as guaranteeing a more secure supply in an increasingly unreliable global market.<\/p>\n

From an environmental viewpoint, the \u2018zero\u2019 in the name means no formaldehyde is added during its manufacture, which is a first in the UK \u2013 encouraging its specification on improved health and safety grounds.\u00a0 Potentially highly toxic, formaldehyde can be absorbed into the lungs, causing respiratory distress or nausea.<\/p>\n

The boards are available in thicknesses of 18 and 22mm<\/h3>\n
