Developer Meridian Construction Services chose Paramount Timber for their high-specification, 40-unit development in Sheppey Court, Sheerness<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Sheppey Court project<\/a> was brought to the market in 2022 and saw the renovation of an existing Grade II Listed Building and 33 new build 1, 2, and 3-bed units.<\/p>\n

Opting for timber frame reduced the overall build time of the project<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n

Opting for timber frame, Meridian significantly reduced the overall build time<\/a> of this project. Due to the off-site manufacture of the timber frame, keeping to schedule was much more achievable as the team were not put back by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances that often appear on-site.<\/p>\n

As a result, the project team noted making considerable savings in their build across the entirety of the project.<\/p>\n

The development progressed drastically using modern methods of construction<\/h3>\n

Following a successful partnership in the construction of Sheppey Court, the Paramount Timber<\/a> Frame team were awarded a subsequent project with Meridian Construction Services: \u201cOpting for timber frame eased site management from a quality control perspective. The most drastic difference in using a modern method of construction was the rate at which the development progressed. We\u2019re looking forward to working with the team again.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
