Hill Group and Pinnacle Investments have entered into a contract with the United Colleges Group to\u00a0redevelop two sites in Dollis Hill and Wembley into over 1,800 new homes.<\/p>\n<p>The first site located off Dudden Hill Lane is set to feature 1,500 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/energy-news\/swpa-procuring-energy-efficiency-measures\/113822\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">new, energy-efficient, mixed-tenure homes<\/a>, and the\u00a0second site, off Wembley Park Drive, will gain a further 300 new homes.<\/p>\n<h3>Delivering 1,800 much-needed energy-efficient new homes in North West London<\/h3>\n<p>Andy Hill, group chief executive at The Hill Group said: &#8220;The delivery of high-quality, large-scale projects in strategic partnership is at the heart of The Hill Group\u2019s approach, and we are pleased to be working with Pinnacle on this new venture.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Being the lead developer on over 1,800 much-needed new homes in this important area of London is a testament to our track record and reputation for placemaking and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/featured\/tracking-the-progress-of-the-levelling-up-regeneration-bill\/113590\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">regeneration<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Quality sustainable new homes will bring long-term benefits to Dollis Hill and Wembley<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;In collaboration with Brent Council and United Colleges we look forward to embarking on this exciting new project that will bring long-term benefits to Dollis Hill and Wembley, and deliver quality sustainable new homes for residents, both now and communit<\/a>y that also provides for existing neighbouring communities.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>United Colleges Group will build a new educational campus on Olympic Way<\/h3>\n<p>The deal will also allow United Colleges Group to consolidate and build a new state-of-the-art educational campus on Olympic Way, close to Wembley Park station.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Davis, CEO and principal at United Colleges Group said: &#8220;The sale of our existing campuses at Willesden and Wembley is a crucial step in making sure that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnwl.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">College of North West London<\/a> continues to deliver world class education and skills for the residents of Brent and the wider London community.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We celebrated 130 years
