ICW Group has been appointed as warranty provider for the exclusive Silverstone residential development being built on the edge of the world-famous racetrack<\/h2>\n

Escapade Silverstone features 60 exclusive properties, available to purchase as an owner<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0stay in as a guest, <\/a>built in a 14-acre estate directly adjacent to the Silverstone racetrack.<\/p>\n

The project, being delivered by HG Construction<\/a> and designed by Twelve Architects, also includes a clubhouse and car storage.<\/p>\n

The clubhouse will feature an indoor swimming pool, sauna and dining facilities as well as a roof terrace. Other amenities include a performance-focused gym and a private briefing room.\"Escapade<\/p>\n

ICW Group will provide a 10-year structural warranty cover<\/a> for the Silverstone residential development.<\/p>\n

ICW high-value warranty policy<\/h3>\n

Branigan recently took up the role of high-value team manager at ICW Group. Supported by the group\u2019s specialist risk management and underwriting teams, he will coordinate all aspects of the service to ensure an integrated approach to high-value projects, offering an experienced and independent perspective that will help smooth the way through complex requirements.<\/p>\n

ICW has recently launched a high-value warranty policy<\/a> that provides specialist cover against defects for projects with a reinstatement value of up to \u00a350 million over a period of either 10 or 12 years.<\/p>\n

Escapade Silverstone is due to open for guests by summer 2023.<\/p>\n
