And the fact that I live only 2 miles from the site put me in a good position to understand the site and its surroundings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Davis and his project team researched AHCI, who had worked with the company previously.<\/p>\n<h3>AHCI receives a 5 out of 5 rating for work with Forest Gate Lytham development<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m delighted, it\u2019s been a very much a can-do attitude. There&#8217;s always somebody on the end of a phone. I would definitely rate it a five out of five.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Next, Darren Marshall, director at Lumsdon Wood Partnership, explains his experience <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/building-control-news\/advantage-home-construction-insurance-invests-in-a-rebrand-following-a-period-of-rapid-expansion\/113929\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">working with AHCI.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m Darren Marshall. I&#8217;m a director at Lumsdon Wood Partnership. We&#8217;re a firm of construction cost consultants, project managers, and principal designers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve been in the industry for over 35 years now and have worked at Lumsdon Wood Partnership all that time. We&#8217;ve done a vast array of projects, including commercial, residential, and hospital-type work, right across the board.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We came in contact with AHCI through one of our guys who was working on the projects.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The experience has been a breath of fresh air. The approach is really proactive, and very friendly, and there is always someone at the end of the phone.
