Advantage Home Construction Insurance, a leading provider of structural warranties<\/a>, has announced that they will be opening two new offices to position the company for further growth in 2023<\/h2>\n

Advantage, which was founded in 2014, has established itself as a leading provider of structural warranties<\/a>\u00a0and has also gained a strong reputation for offering associated construction-related insurance.<\/p>\n

SWJ Consulting named Advantage as one of the top providers of structural warranties<\/a>, highlighting the fact that the company also offers specialist cover, such as retrospective insurance, which they say: \u201cShould not be underestimated in importance, as when it comes to selling a recently built home without (this), it\u2019s nearly impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n

Offering \u201cthe highest level of customer service and protection\u201d<\/h3>\n

They add: \u201cAdvantage Home Construction Insurance is a fully approved (code) sponsor after completing the CTSI Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS) process, offering a new level of customer protection and trade accreditation for customers. This gives homeowners the reassurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service and protection on the construction insurance required on all new build properties.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an interview for PBC Today, Kenny McNaughton, managing director at Studio RBA, explained how he began working with Advantage, saying: \u201cWe were introduced through a client that had used Advantage<\/a> and could not speak highly enough of them.
