Graham Easton, construction director of NG Homes Southwest Ltd, explores how the company is using Advantage Home Construction Insurance\u2019s (AHCI) services on the new Tadworthy Road development, Westward Ho! in a 2-minute YouTube video<\/h2>\n

The Tadworthy Road development will consist of 138 new homes, including affordable and social housing.<\/p>\n

Graham explains: \u201cWe are in Westward Ho! \u2013 the only place in the country with an exclamation mark after it. The Tadworthy Road development is in the middle of northern Westward Ho!<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an expanse of green pastureland, and we started construction around 18 months ago\u201d.<\/p>\n

NG Homes is a local contractor, employing mainly local people<\/h3>\n

\u201cWe’re building a new arterial road through Westwood Home to help the traffic flow through this place. We are then building 47 homes in the first phase and the next phase will start next year, moving through to the end of 2025 when we hope to finish the development.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne thing we pride ourselves on at Ng Homes is that we are a local contractor. We employ mainly local people. That way, our investment in the area stays within the local area. We use local suppliers and contractors, and that way we always use the same team.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00a0Providing structural warranty services on time<\/h3>\n

“We were recommended to Advantage by our funders, and we found that working with Advantage has been very beneficial<\/a>. They are very reactive and provide services on time, which is great when you’re doing completions and you’ve got people wanting to move in.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe also found Advantage to be very commercially orientated when it came to the cost of the development. Advantage work on the rebuild cost of the house, which makes it more cost-effective for the developer.\u201d<\/p>\n
