The award marks them as some of the best site managers in the country.<\/p>\n<p>2023 is the 19th year in a row that Barratt construction site managers have won more national awards than any other housebuilder.<\/p>\n<h3>Both young and experienced construction site managers claimed awards<\/h3>\n<p>Ryan (27) has been awarded for demonstrating the developer&#8217;s dedication to constructing top-class residences and solidifying their position as the industry leader. Ryan took charge of the Gateford Park development in Worksop in April 2021.<\/p>\n<p>His exceptional performance earned him his second <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhbc.co.uk\/awards-and-events\/pride-in-the-job\/how-it-works#:~:text=in%20the%20Job-,About%20Pride%20in%20the%20Job,raise%20standards%20in%20house%20building.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pride in the Job Quality Award<\/a>, marking a remarkable nine-year journey as a site manager with the housebuilder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m delighted to win. These awards don\u2019t come easy, and it\u2019s great to know the hard work has paid off, and this is a fantastic reward,\u201d said Ryan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve got a great team feel at Gateford Park as we\u2019ve had the same site team since day one, and I\u2019d like to thank my assistants Anthony Lamb and Adam Tingle in particular for their support,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Gavin (40) has been employed by Barratt Homes for 19 years and is currently overseeing the Romans\u2019 Quarter development in Bingham. Gavin received his sixth award for construction site management this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWinning another award is extra gratifying as we have all worked very hard to create the perfect development with homes suitable for first-time buyers and families alike at Romans\u2019 Quarter,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would like to thank all of my site team for maintaining such a high standard of quality work; they work brilliantly together as a team,\u201d added Gavin.<\/p>\n<p>Mark (57) has won his fourth consecutive Pride in the Job Quality award for his excellent site management efforts at Fernwood Village in Newark.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo be given this award is amazing, and it\u2019s not only a great achievement for myself but my team at Fernwood Village too. I can\u2019t thank my team enough for their hard work and commitment, and this official recognition is a credit to them,\u201d commented Mark.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFernwood Village has been very popular since it first opened in 2019, and it\u2019s fantastic to see how much it has progressed since then,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<h3>Entrants are judged on a range of criteria<\/h3>\n<p>The awards assess construction site managers on criteria such as technical proficiency, adherence to health and safety standards, consistency, leadership qualities, and attention to detail. Every site manager registered with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/stakeholder\/nhbc-warranty-insurance\/81202\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NHBC<\/a> is automatically considered for these awards. Out of over 11,000 entrants, only 450 winners are selected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s great news for our customers and the business that Gavin, Mark and Ryan have won a prestigious Pride in the Job Quality Award,\u201d said Mark Cotes, managing director at Barratt Homes North Midlands.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe awards showcase what it takes to be a top site manager and demonstrates our long-term commitment to looking after our customers and building high-quality homes.
