Taylor Lane Timber is making full use of the performance and economic benefits of West Fraser<\/a>\u2019s SterlingOSB Zero boards<\/h2>\n

Taylor Lane Timber Frame<\/a> was established in 1982 and has four factories across three locations in Hereford and in Nantyglo, near Brynmawr in Gwent, producing in excess of 1000 dwellings a year for housebuilders, developers and social housing providers.<\/p>\n

The company has established a strong reputation for quality and reliability over the past 40 years, and with fresh investment from the new owner, the Cala Group<\/a>, is anticipating further growth as it addresses such challenges as affordability and the environmental agenda.<\/p>\n

SterlingOSB Zero can be used for roof sarking<\/h3>\n

The SterlingOSB Zero is primarily used to take the racking loads sustained by both internal and external walls, while the material is also used for roof sarking and as the sub-deck to floor joists within multiple dwelling types.<\/p>\n
