Perspektywa, a sustainable housing complex near Gd\u00e1nsk, combines stylish living with green features, using Allplan’s precast software<\/h2>\n

Gd\u00e1nsk is the picturesque capital of the Pomeranian Voivodeship on the north-east coast of Poland. What brings us to this port city with a vibrant amber trade? The answer is the successful construction of a sustainable housing complex, where the first concrete prefabricated elements were delivered to the site five days after the order was placed.<\/p>\n

Stylish living, well thought-out in terms of green credentials: the Perspektywa residential project near the port city of Gdansk scores highly here, combined with all the advantages of modern living. In particular, the residents enjoy the private open spaces that provide a holiday atmosphere at any time of year.<\/p>\n

Over the last few years, balconies and terraces have become even more popular and important over the last few years. In addition, this residential project excels with sophisticated sustainability features, for example, rainwater retention systems and charging stations for electric vehicles.<\/p>\n

Perspektywa, planned by SAMI Architects, captivates with a diverse mix of flats and urban villas. The project comprises 13 main buildings managed by the renowned real estate developer Euro Styl.<\/p>\n

Trust in Allplan for 20 years<\/h3>\n

Leier Polska was responsible for planning and producing 500 balconies, numerous flights of stairs and about 70,000 m2 of prefabricated ceilings. The company has relied on Allplan\u2019s precast software solutions<\/a> for over\u00a020 years.<\/p>\n

Efficiency has always been a success factor, particularly in the construction industry. All prefabricated elements were planned, produced, delivered to the construction site and installed quickly. Leier Polska\u2019s planning and technical departments were supported with implementing this way of working with Allplan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Automation makes all the difference<\/h3>\n

A high degree of automation speeds up both planning and production processes. Data created with Allplan can be used by production machines such as plotters, bending machines for reinforcement or formwork robots. This form of automation saves time and reduces the effort and risks of physical labour. In turn, these advantages benefit people.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe clear and intuitive transition from the architectural design to the detailed planning of prefabricated elements make work easier, and at the same time, avoids the unnecessary duplication of work, as well as errors,\u201d explains Krzysztof Jask\u00f3lski, precast designer at Leier Polska.<\/p>\n

\u201cAllplan Precast enables time savings of around 70% in precast design and detailing and around 30% in production.\u201d<\/p>\n
