Trimble Viewpoint’s Field View solution takes home ‘Mobile Technology of the Year’ and ‘Digital Construction Project of the Year’ for Hinkley Point C<\/h2>\n

Trimble\u2019s Viewpoint Field View solution<\/a> won two wins at the 2023 Construction Computing Awards, also known as the Hammers.<\/p>\n

Field View is helping construction companies of all sizes improve quality management, deliver defect-free projects, and comply with the latest building regulations.<\/p>\n

Trimble Viewpoint was awarded with the Mobile Technology of the Year and Digital Construction Project of the Year<\/h3>\n

Mark Slack, product manager for Field View, commented: \u201cWe’re thrilled to win the Mobile Technology of the Year,\u201d said Mark Slack, Product Manager for Field View. \u201cIt’s a testament to the hard work of our team and the value that Field View provides to our customers. Trimble Viewpoint also walked away with \u2018Digital Construction Project of the Year\u2019 for Connecting Britain\u2019s Biggest Nuclear Power Station, the construction of Hinkley Point C. <\/a><\/p>\n

The project involved Trimble Viewpoint Field View, Trimble Tekla Structures structural design software, and the Trimble Connect common data environment used by the project\u2019s civil engineering works, BYLOR, to turn traditional paper-based processes digital.<\/p>\n

The Trimble team also took home the \u2018Structural Engineering Application of the Year\u2019 award<\/h3>\n

Additionally, the Trimble team took home \u2018Structural Engineering Application of the Year\u2019 for its solution, Tekla Structural Designer.<\/p>\n

The solution gives engineers the power to analyse and design buildings efficiently and profitably.<\/p>\n

The Hammers Awards are one of the UK\u2019s premier honours for construction technology developers. They represent an excellent opportunity for construction companies involved in engineering projects of all sizes to claim recognition for their business and operations undertaken over the past year.<\/p>\n
