{"id":135864,"date":"2024-01-03T10:16:16","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T10:16:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=135864"},"modified":"2024-01-03T10:16:16","modified_gmt":"2024-01-03T10:16:16","slug":"willmott-dixon-leadership-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/people\/willmott-dixon-leadership-changes\/135864\/","title":{"rendered":"Willmott Dixon announces strategic leadership changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.willmottdixon.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Willmott Dixon<\/a> is making strategic leadership changes to its main board from the beginning of 2024, following the retirement of Colin Enticknap as the company\u2019s executive chairman at the end of 2023<\/h2>\n<p>Rick Willmott will move from his current role as group\u00a0chief executive to executive chairman, with chief financial officer Graham Dundas promoted to chief executive.<\/p>\n<p>Other leadership changes include Roger Forsdyke, who will also join the board as chief operating officer (COO) for Willmott Dixon Interiors, and Chris Tredget will join as COO for Fortem, the company\u2019s repairs and maintenance company.<\/p>\n<h3>Graham has over 25 years&#8217; of experience with Willmott Dixon<\/h3>\n<p>Graham\u2019s promotion to chief executive provides ongoing continuity as he has over 25 years of service with Willmott Dixon, which he joined as a management trainee in 1998.<\/p>\n<p>He went on to be named Willmott Dixon\u2019s Trainee of the Year in 2000 and has held a series of key positions during his time at the company.<\/p>\n<p>He joined the main board in 2018 and has played a major role in the company\u2019s development over the past five years as CFO.<\/p>\n<h3>Willmott Dixon&#8217;s new board reflects its ambition for continued growth<\/h3>\n<p>Executive chairman Rick Willmott commented, \u201cFirstly, I want to take this opportunity to thank Colin for his enormous contribution over almost four decades with our company.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Colin\u2019s leadership, dedication and acumen has been more than instrumental in shaping the company we are today, and I am immensely grateful for his support as a main board colleague of thirty years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we start 2024, our new-look main board reflects our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/projects\/willmott-dixon-joins-nottingham-hospitals-net-zero-project\/135561\/\">ambition for continued growth<\/a> while maintaining important continuity, stability and cultural consistency.
