In recent years, Trident has begun providing clients with extra compliance by introducing 3D laser technologies such as building scan and floorplan services to its portfolio.<\/p>\n

These services incorporate LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) to scan premises and create digital 3D twins seamlessly.<\/p>\n

The 3D twin can be virtually toured, accurately measured and annotated with critical fire safety documents embedded with videos and documents to ensure all fire safety compliance is in one place.<\/p>\n

The virtual tour can be used for remote inspections at the design stage to showcase a space or as part of staff training to understand the building and escape routes.<\/p>\n

Village Hotels Club offers much more than a traditional hotel. It offers affordable, stylish rooms, extra comfy beds, health and wellness clubs and state-of-the-art pools. After a series of extensive lobby and restaurant improvements, Village Hotels Club decided to enlist the help of Trident and can now confidently say it offers certainty in its fire safety compliance.<\/p>\n

Working closely with Village, Trident has visited all the chain\u2019s hotels to digitally capture the buildings and create an interactive tool for the Village team to navigate the hotel digitally without visiting the sites.<\/p>\n

The scans have produced new, up-to-date floorplans, allowing remote measurements, and indicate critical fire safety equipment across the sites.<\/p>\n

The plans are used to review and highlight the fire separation and fire doors within the hotels, allowing accuracy in all the critical fire safety surveys.<\/p>\n
