The UK construction industry urgently needs more people.<\/p>\n

In fact, since the financial crisis, the workforce has been in decline \u2013 made worse by COVID-19 and increasing numbers of skilled workers retiring. All this at a time when we need an extra 251,500 workers by 2028 to meet expected demand in the UK, as noted by the Construction Industry Training Board.<\/p>\n

Thankfully, AEC software like Bluebeam is helping the industry weather the storm by offering new ways to deliver projects, reduce risk, and increase efficiency \u2013 even when labour is in short supply. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n

The result: less pressure on businesses while resources and budgets are tight.<\/p>\n
