Stage 1: Growth and compliance gaps<\/h3>\n

Lagan Airport Maintenance (LAML) are specialists in airport infrastructure \u2013 and are responsible for everything from small-scale repairs to complex, multi-month projects at major UK airports.<\/p>\n

As the company expanded, with teams working across both in-house and client projects on both night and day shifts, the growing volume of work highlighted the need to revisit how operational data was being captured and managed.<\/p>\n

It was the right time to establish a more scalable system of working, one that could support growth while meeting rising compliance demands.<\/p>\n

Key areas identified for improvement included:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Critical site information wasn\u2019t reaching the office quickly enough
\n\u2022 Sign-off documentation was inconsistent, impacting internal audit trails
\n\u2022 Retrieving site records remained a manual, time-consuming process<\/p>\n

To meet external compliance requirements confidently and efficiently, LAML recognised the need to modernise and centralise their processes.<\/p>\n

Stage 2: Finding the right fit<\/h3>\n

To bring greater structure and oversight to operations, LAML appointed general manager Tricia Green to modernise the company\u2019s working methods.
