MMC Ireland member Vision Built, a leading offsite construction specialist delivering modular and panelised building solutions across Ireland and the UK, will debut its refreshed brand identity at this year\u2019s Education Estates event held in Manchester on the 14th and 15th October 2025<\/h2>\n

With education a cornerstone of Vision Built\u2019s growth strategy, the event offers a timely and high-impact platform to showcase the company\u2019s evolving offer to key stakeholders across the sector. As well as exhibiting from a prominent stand location at 345, Vision Built is also sponsoring the event registration area.<\/p>\n

Vision Built\u2019s attendance follows a landmark year for the business, having secured four major UK frameworks: NHS-SBS Modular Buildings 3, LHC MB3, the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Projects Education framework, and the Southern Modular Building Framework (SMBF). These frameworks enable streamlined procurement of modular and panelised solutions across healthcare, education, and civil infrastructure, positioning Vision Built as a trusted delivery partner for projects ranging from rapid-build classrooms to complex healthcare estates.<\/p>\n

Vision Built has evolved alongside the education construction sector<\/h3>\n

The rebrand reflects Vision Built\u2019s continued evolution as a strategic partner to the education sector, with turnkey solutions designed to support circular economy principles<\/a> and long-term adaptability. The company\u2019s modular systems are engineered for relocation and reuse, helping clients meet environmental targets without compromising on quality or speed.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2012 and acquired by Sisk in 2019, Vision Built manufactures both 3D volumetric modular systems and 2D light gauge steel frame (LGSF) panelised products, ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and programme certainty across every project. The company\u2019s main manufacturing facility is based in Tubbercurry, County Sligo and with offices in both Galway and Hertfordshire, Vision Built has a strong customer base in both Ireland and England. Backed by Sisk, one of the largest Tier 1 contractors in the UK and Ireland, Vision Built also benefits from financial security and long-term strategic investment, with the company forecasting a \u20ac55m turnover for FY2025.<\/p>\n

Delivering turnkey, energy efficient projects<\/h3>\n

The team has delivered a strong portfolio of works across public and private sector projects including a ZEB (Zero Emissions Building) school for St. Brigid\u2019s in Limerick.<\/p>\n

The modular building for St. Brigid\u2019s school was produced at Vision Built\u2019s Tubbercurry manufacturing facility and delivered to site on a \u2018just-in-time\u2019 basis as a full turnkey solution. The school, which features SEND classrooms and other specialist rooms, has been designed, constructed, and operated to produce zero net carbon emissions. This is achieved through a combination of energy-efficient architecture, renewable energy systems, and sustainable construction practices including higher performance insulation and airtightness and the use of heat pumps, photovoltaic (solar) panels and smart energy monitoring systems. As well the incorporation of these key features, Vision Built also sourced Lower Embodied Carbon (LEC) steel, produced via electric art furness technology, for the main structural hot rolled steel sections of the modular frames.<\/p>\n

Education Estates brings together professionals from schools, colleges, universities, government bodies, and industry to explore best practice in the design, build, funding, and management of educational infrastructure.<\/p>\n
