Dean Banks, most recently of Ventia, will replace David Thomas as Group chief executive at Barratt Redrow<\/a> at the end of the year<\/h2>\n

Dean Banks will join Barratt Redrow in the final quarter of 2026. He brings over 15 years of senior executive experience in global business at companies such as Ventia, Balfour Beatty and De Le Rue Ltd, and recently announced his intention to return to the UK after time spent in Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Further information required under UK Listing Rule 6.4.8R in respect of Dean Banks will be disclosed in due course.<\/p>\n

Dean Banks said:<\/h3>\n

On behalf of the Board, I want to express our sincere appreciation for his stewardship and significant contribution, and to wish David a very happy and well-earned retirement.\u201d<\/p>\n

Retiring Group chief executive David Thomas has been with the Barratt Redrow Group<\/a> for 17 years and has served in the lead role for 11 years. He will remain with the Group up to March 2027 to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n

David Thomas, Group chief executive officer, said:<\/h4>\n

I look forward to continuing our work together over the coming months before handing over to Dean and I wish him and everyone associated with Barratt Redrow every success for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
