{"id":28403,"date":"2016-11-01T10:27:57","date_gmt":"2016-11-01T10:27:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=28403"},"modified":"2017-04-06T09:34:04","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T08:34:04","slug":"survey-home-buying-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/survey-home-buying-experience\/28403\/","title":{"rendered":"New survey launched to report on the home buying experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>A new survey into the home buying experience has been launched to examine customer satisfaction after purchasing a new property<\/h2>\n<p>The home buying experience is to go under a microscope as a new survey into customer satisfaction is launched.<\/p>\n<p>The New Homes Review (NHR) was launched in response to the findings of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/hr-skills-news\/construction-skills-examined-parliamentary-group\/28378\" target=\"_blank\">All Parliamentary Group for Excellence in the Built Environment<\/a> in relation to how satisfied customers are with their new home.<\/p>\n<p>The independent online survey will report annually on the experiences of buying a new property in the UK. It will examine feedback directly received from homeowners, which will be analysed and presented to developers and builders.
