Six months on since Theresa May invoked \u2018Article 50 of the Treaty of European Union\u2019 following the results of the prior referendum, and the UK still remains in a world of uncertainty with the level to which various industries will be impacted.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s no wonder Landowners and Farmers have been left in a state of confusion and worry, with Consultancy \u2018Agra Europe\u2019 suggesting that \u2018land prices will crash and 90 per cent of Farmers could soon go out of business.\u2019<\/p>\n
So what now? Is the reality that the Agricultural sector does need to down tools and consider an exit strategy, and if so, how do they maximise the value of their assets in what has been stated as an area of decline.<\/p>\n
