It is this strong and successful relationship between the two local organisations that has been the driving force behind the collaboration, with both parties able to contribute different, yet critical, skillsets to ensure the venture is a success.<\/p>\n<h3>Markham &amp; George Property Limited<\/h3>\n<p>Both Campbell Buchanan and the newly created trading brand, Mick George Homes, will sit within Markham &amp; George Property Limited. Although both will focus attention on creating unique developments in high quality locations, this venture will bring together the aspirational homes that Campbell Buchanan is renowned for, alongside the Mick George lifestyle homes.<\/p>\n<p>It may be early days, but there are already clear objectives and work has begun on a number of new sites to build bespoke design, traditional houses that will contain a mixture of homes from both brands in well located towns and villages. Markham &amp; George have ambitious plans to sell in excess of 100 units in the first 12 months, with the first completions expected early March 2018.<\/p>\n<h3>Location is key<\/h3>\n<p>The locations of these developments have been carefully selected due to the buoyant housing market and expanding population that exists within the region. Representatives of Markham &amp; George are confident that the locations will prove popular, owing largely to the innovative business culture that is present and the strong employment market, which continues to attract more people to relocate to the areas.<\/p>\n<p>Toby Markham, Chief Executive of Campbell Buchanan said: \u2018\u2019We are delighted that we have brought together two companies with such deeply embedded cultures of quality, responsibility and integrity, after years of trading successfully together delivering developments throughout our region.
