As part of the agreement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engie.com\/en\/\">ENGIE<\/a> will offer all employees working on these contracts a role with equivalent terms and conditions to their current position. Completion of the transaction is subject to a formal transfer process.<\/p>\n<p>Wilfrid Petrie, CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/bim-news\/keepmoat-regeneration-refurbishes-its-planning-approach-across-the-business\/38147\/\">ENGIE<\/a> in the UK &amp; Ireland, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be taking on these contracts and ensuring that important maintenance services will continue to be delivered to thousands of homes in Northern Ireland.
