{"id":39210,"date":"2018-03-07T14:35:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-07T14:35:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/?p=39210"},"modified":"2018-03-07T14:42:53","modified_gmt":"2018-03-07T14:42:53","slug":"uk-roofing-awards-shortlist-announced-at-ecobuild","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pbctoday.co.uk\/news\/planning-construction-news\/uk-roofing-awards-shortlist-announced-at-ecobuild\/39210\/","title":{"rendered":"UK roofing awards shortlist announced at Ecobuild"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfrc.co.uk\/\">National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC)<\/a> has released the shortlist for the UK Roofing Awards, highlighting beautiful structures, outstanding workmanship, superior problem solving, environmental qualities and contributions to the built environment<\/h2>\n<p>The awards scheme, which is in its 12<sup>th<\/sup> consecutive year, is the most prestigious in the roofing sector and celebrates the very best in the industry across 14 categories.<\/p>\n<p>The shortlist was announced at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecobuild.co.uk\/\">Ecobuild<\/a>, where show attendees also had the opportunity to cast their vote for the Industry Choice Award (sponsored by Radmat Building Products Ltd).<\/p>\n<p>James Talman, chief executive at NFRC said: \u201cThis year the standard of entries was exceptional and the judges had a very hard time whittling it down to create this spectacular shortlist.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur congratulations go to each and every one of those finalists who should be proud of their achievement.
