Tarmac and Aggregate Industries look to be the biggest winners.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/highways-england\">Highways England<\/a> resurfacing framework is also available to local highways authorities.<\/p>\n<p>Four contractors have been selected for each of Highways England\u2019s six regions.
