Advantage Home Construction Insurance (AHCI) has signed a deal to provide construction insurance for more than 2,500 apartments for the Elliot Group in the north of England<\/h2>\n

The construction insurance specialist was selected by the Liverpool-based property developer to source structural defects warranties for five stunning residential developments currently under construction in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.<\/p>\n

The deal is the latest in a raft of new instructions for Warrington-based Advantage<\/a> who are experiencing a rapid period of growth as they forge ahead in the construction insurance sector.<\/p>\n

Advantage will be providing the Elliot Group<\/a> with the 10-year insurance that protects homeowners and landlords against any structural defects on their new home.<\/p>\n

Structural defects warranties<\/a> will be provided for five of the developer\u2019s flagship residential schemes in Liverpool including the 1,003 home Infinity mixed-use scheme with river and city views, and Aurora, a mixed-use, 1,149 unit student and residential development next door to the new Royal Liverpool Hospital site.<\/p>\n

Elliot Lawless, Director of the Elliot Group, said: \u201cWe were impressed with Advantage from the outset. They responded quickly to our requirements, were able to provide warranties to cover the value of our multi-million pound schemes and were competitively priced.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Advantage team are great to deal with and we are pleased to be working with them on multiple developments throughout the region. Their speed of response and the fact that warranties provided are accepted by many of the biggest investors meant they were able to provide a warranty solution that suited all of our requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n

Advantage, whilst only four years old, is rapidly becoming a leader in its field. It is already opening doors to new markets, offering warranties on developments with a value of up to \u00a3100m, and has recently opened an office in the south-east following a period of growth.<\/p>\n
